Body Templ was founded by Santosha and Max, two individuals united by a shared passion for health, performance, and living with intention.
Santosha holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science and has dedicated much of her career to helping others improve their wellbeing through movement, education, and community. Her experience spans yoga, Pilates, group fitness, and wellness events, giving her a holistic perspective on what it means to support long-term health.
Coming from a background in carpentry, Max witnessed a common cycle within the trades: work hard, get a back injury, take the edge of with a few drinks, sleep, and repeat. Knowing there is a better way, he started strength training with intention, dialing in nutrition, and learning everything he could about human performance and resilience. What began as a desire to stay strong enough to handle demanding days quickly grew into a passion for health and optimisation.
Together, they bring a unique blend of scientific understanding, real-world experience, and a shared commitment to creating products that genuinely support people’s health and wellbeing.
